Please make sure to empty all pockets, as we cannot be responsible for damage caused by items left inside. We encourage you to separate your clothes the way you would like them washed, but if you don’t, our team will separate them in a way that best fits your needs.

Grab a Wash is a trusted door-to-door laundry service that offers washing, drying, folding, and dry-cleaning pickup and delivery options.
Schedule a pickup online, choose your preferred service (wash, dry, fold, or dry-cleaning), and we’ll handle the rest! Your clean laundry will be returned within the specified time.
Our standard hours are 6am- 8pm. After-hours service may be available for Sundays although we are closed if we received your order on Saturday it can be dropped off on a Sunday. WE DO NOT PICKUP ORDERS ON SUNDAYS.
No, you can leave your laundry in a designated spot or provide specific instructions during scheduling.
We offer same-day for an additionally fee of $15 dollars but please allow us 24-48 hrs to get your laundry done. Dry cleaning may take longer depending on the items.

Absolutely! Let us know if you have a preference or allergies, and we’ll use the appropriate products. We currently offer 3 different detergent but if you make a special request in advance we can get the laundry detergent of your choice for an additional fee.
Yes, we’ll do our best to treat stains. Please point out specific spots when scheduling. When washing HEAVY urine smell items we ask that you allow us 48hrs to complete that load we want to make sure that your items are as clean and fresh as possible.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order if you experience any issues, and we’ll resolve them promptly.
We take great care with your items. If a mistake occurs, we have a compensation policy to make it right. We do ask that when packing your items please check to make sure all pockets are empty we will not be responsible for damage items due to things being left in clothes.
Yes, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24hr before the scheduled pickup or you will be charged a 10 dollar inconvenience fee.
